Just how much does it cost you to keep your lamp on all day if you forget to switch it off? How much does it cost to run your computer for eight hours? How much is your VCR costing you each month?

So, get one of these monitors, assess your energy usage -- and then, see if you can find some easy savings. At the very least, you'll be far more aware of what each flick of the switch costs you.
